It's my B-day!!!!

   So today is the day! The day that I leave the lovely 20's behind! I look at today with excitement as well as sorrow, because this just means I am one year older and one year closer to wearing pantyhose with sandals lol! I wish that I could stay young forever, but of course I can't!

   Now that, that is out of the way let me tell you what I will be doing today!!! I will be going for a massage this morning and then to the mall and lunch with the girls!! Later tonight I will be out on the town with my dear hubby and friends! I can't wait to see how my day goes! Hope you all have a great day!

   I was given a wig to do a review on and let me tell you I was very impressed by this wig! I was thrown off at first by the color, but once I finger combed her I really started to fall in love with this wig.
   This wig has a very natural hairline and sits well on my head, The wig has two small combs in the front and one comb in the back as well as an adjustable strap. The only issue I had with this unit is that it has some shedding, but wig doesn't? I would highly recommend this wig for everyday use or a night on the town!

O.k. so it's 2 in the morning and i'm just putting this up! If you like this hair style you can find out where to purchase the hair at http://www.evertress.com . I really did like the hair;however, the short style was not for me. Please check out the video for the results!

Henna Tutorial: Part 1- Mixing your Henna.

Items:

Bowl

Spoon

Saran wrap

Lemon juice

Apple cider vinegar

Cayenne pepper

Paprika

Ground cloves

Henna 0.25 lbs

Gloves
This is the Henna before adding any extras.

Cayenne pepper added.

Parika added.

Ground cloves added

2-3 tablespoons of (ACV) mixed in.

Bottled lemon juice added, enough to make the henna like lumpy mashed potatoes. Basically making sure all the Henna is saturated. I then added enough water to make it cake batter consistency.

Finished product.

Piece of paper placed, so I can monitor color release. It should start turning orange as the dye releases.

Henna covered with saran wrap with all the air pushed out.

Henna floating in a warm bath for about a half-hour(This is supposed to speed up dye release)

after this I put the Henna under my sink and let it sit for around 24 hours. The time you let your Henna sit depends on the type of Henna and what you are trying to achieve, for strengthening only you do not need to let it sit, but if you want color you will want it to sit for a longer time.
